CNC Machining

CNC machining is a process that offers an accurate and reliable method of producing 3-D trimming on thermoformed components. We have a range of 5-axis CNC machines, which are capable of repeatedly accurate drilling and routing, enabling the production of technically competent and accurate components. With our own in house CAD facilities we re able to work from our customers own files and also produce the CNC trimming programs from that data.
