MACHINE SHOP SUPERVISOR - NOW RECRUITING

We currently have a vacancy for the position of machine shop supervisor. This role is responsible for ensuring that projects are progressed through the machine shop in the most efficient and effective manner possible. The candidate must be a time served machinist, ideally have a strong CNC and conventional machining background, have experience supervising and leading teams, a hands on machining approach, and a knowledge of working to LEAN standards of work e.g 5s. Hours: 37 per week, Monday - Friday, £27k pa + negotiable dependant on experience, + profit related bonus, significant overtime available. 25 + 8 days holiday per annum We are also recruiting for CNC Machinists, experience of programming, setting and operating in Fanuc required.
