Engineering Solution Ltd was founded in 2003 as a sister company to Cirris Solutions, (founded in 1990), to supply subcontract overmoulding services as well as materials (Henkel) and equipment, (Cavist & Buhnen). It is a privately owned company with an excellent global reputation that supplies companies as diverse as British Aerospace, McLaren, Nissan and Olympus.

Engineering Solution Ltd and its trading name - “Overmould.com” are the UK’s experts in low pressure over-moulding and are Henkel’s preferred partner in the UK. Overmould supplies “Technomelt”, (polyamide) for the unique Low Pressure Moulding (LPM) solutions.

LPM encases, IP68 seals and adds value in one operation. Assemblies can be changed from delicate electronics to robust, ready-for-market products in a single 60 second step. We provide design and manufacture of tooling, production of prototypes and low to medium production runs of finished over-moulded products as well as testing product to customer specifications. Cavist MouldMan LPM machines are sold and supported throughout Europe, to enable companies to expertly mould in-house.
