Installation of Brompton Dock into new Park and Ride in Portsmouth

ICEE recently installed a Brompton Dock into the new park and ride at Portsmouth.Read more about the service here. Overseen and co-ordinated by Warren Harris, Project Manager at ICEE, the dock was installed ready for the grand opening 10th April 2014. The opening of the park and ride was attended by Baroness Susan Kramer and the Lord Mayor of Portsmouth Lynne Stagg. The facility will allow users to subscribe to the bike hire scheme for as little as £2.50 a day and offers a convenient and different way to travel round and see the historic sites in Portsmouth. ICEE have been working in partnership with Brompton Dock since August 2012 developing a collaborative relationship, Andy Edney Operations Director for Brompton Dock said “We couldn’t do it without them(ICEE)” . ICEE supplies a bespoke service consisting of dock installations, bike deliveries, preventative maintenance and emergency callouts.
