LMC Case Management Ltd, was founded in 2019 by Lauren McCluskey, Occupational Therapist. We are based in Lancashire and provide case management provision across the north of the UK, for both adults and children who have suffered catastrophic and life-changing injuries.

With over 20 years rehabilitation experience, we provide first-class and independent case management services, with the injured party at the heart of both the case management assessment process and all rehabilitation interventions. All the injured parties we work with have bespoke, clinically evidenced rehabilitation plans and can rely on us to feel supported, understood and have clear, personalised goals to maximise their function and regain control of their life.
