Luxe Machinery Co., Ltd.set up in 2001, located in New Century Industrial Park, Gaoan, Jiangxi, China, where is next to 320 national road and 45KM far from Nanchang. It takes less then 1 hour by car from Nanchang International Airport, convenience on transportation. The company takes up 33000 square meters, has building 28000 square meters, total invests capital of 30 million Yuan, has staffs up to 220.
Luxe has its own production line as Investment Casting ( can produce Carbon Steel, Stainless steel, Alloy Steel), Injection Casting( for Zinc and Aluminum alloy), Gravity Casting, Non-ferrous metals Forging, Punching, CNC, Mold Design and Making, Surface Treatment ( Electrical Polishing, Electrical Coating, Grinding, Mechanical Polishing ). Also Luxe has signed Cooperation Agreement with Wuhan Science and Technology Univesty.
Apart from above, Luxe has its own Inspection Center which equips with Spetermeter imported from Germany, 3D measurement, Dimension Projector, Multi-functional material test machine, Flaw checking, Fog test, Moisture test, Pressure test, Torque test, Hardness test etc. Luxe is specialist in high quality Tankwagen Couplings, Guillemin Couplings, Camlock Couplings, Storz Couplings, Sanitary Couplings, Express Couplings, Geka Couplings, Victaulic Couplings, Motar Couplings and Safety Clamp. In year 2008, Luxe started to sale of hose with coupling aseembled in China, and achieve acceptance from client in field of Marine project, Food and Chemical, Heavy-duty equipment, Petroleum and Mineral Mining. Luxe is well run under certification of ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO9001:2008,ISO14001:2004 and PED on hose couplings.
Luxe products are widely used in industry of Automotive, Liquid and Chemical, Vessel Assemble, Food and Medical, Metal Accessory, Machine Parts, Valve Pipes, Sports Facility, Electronic Facility, Instrumentation, Aerospace etc. Around 85% of its products are exported to Europe Union, among this, 50% is to Germany.
