News At Neptune Custom Engineering: New Hinge Sizes Available

We're pleased to announce that, having had success with the smallest size, we are now working on prototypes for the middle, or T3 size, of what is expected to become a 5 size range of multi-link hinges for Blades Joinery. Falling between the bathroom cabinet hinge, now T2 size, & the original wardrobe, now T4 size, that we've been making for them for some time, now, this T3 size is intended for use with door thicknesses of 35mm - 44mm. This time precision machined from brass, given a "brushed finish" as requested by the customer, & coated to give a finish similar to that of the brushed stainless hinges in the smaller sizes. Brass has been chosen as it is much quicker to machine than stainless steel, thereby keeping the price down. Stainless steel is still an option for those willing to pay for it.
