Take a look at what's been happening in the Product Development Team at RDC HQ We've been busy adding new features and upgrades to airportcharges.com MAJOR FEATURES & UPGRADES: Cost per tonne of MTOW In Autumn 2014 turnaround studies and comparisons will feature a new output line displaying the average cost per tonne of MTOW, which will make it easier to compare cost for aircraft types across different scenarios. This will also appear on the PDF output. Cargo charges The data team have been hard at work loading a new category of charges into the system: Cargo. Our clients will benefit from a growing list of freight costs across multiple airports. These costs can be analysed and compared in turnaround studies and comparisons, as well as viewed in the summary charges section of Airport and Country Profiles. Data Updates In the last three months we've databased 2014 charges for over 593 airports, and this year alone we've loaded more than 1622 airport entries. OTHER FEATURES & IMPROVEMENTS: - Charge per passenger has been added to the turnaround studies PDF output. - Additional criteria fields will show all numbers limited to two decimal places. - Removing studies from a multi-setup study is now easier as the button top right of each column has been enabled. - The output order of charge categories is now consistent between comparison table views and multi-edit views.
