Starting out in 1989, RLS Tooling Ltd provides a United Kingdom based specialist form rolling die manufacturing, but has since expanded to offer a comprehensive range of tooling for most thread rolling applications as well as form rolling.

Our product range includes tangential chasers, flat thread rolling dies, knurling dies and circular thread rolls.

These products are sold globally either direct or through one of our agents or representatives.Our manufacturing operation extensively uses CNC machine tools and our technical staff have CAD systems to help the development of special tools and forms.
