New Project Completion: Vida Hall, Harrogate

Work has recently finished at Vida Hall, an innovative national centre of excellence for dementia care, now open in Harrogate. The center has 71 bedrooms and has been designed to challenge current thinking on all aspects of dementia care, including day care, respite and permanent residences, this supplies two floors of quality accommodation around 2 central courtyards. The construction of this £5,000,000 building commenced in late 2011. Robinsons M & E Ltd provided all mechanical and electrical installation services. Ventilation was of particular importance to the client, requiring an extremely sophisticated system to ensure cleanliness of air.
