Princess Road Clinic, Malton

Working to NHS criteria on a high-profile site, the Mechanical and Electrical services we provided for the Princess Road clinic included underfloor heating, air source heat pumps and air conditioning. The building was constructed using timber and required a high-efficiency heating system, as well as specialist lighting to suit NHS requirements.
