50 years of IPHA

This year marks the 50th anniversary of IPHA – the International Prestressed Hollowcore Association. Spiroll was delighted to attend the 24th annual conference from May 23-25 to celebrate the occasion in Soenderborg, Denmark. The event was hosted by Contiga Tinglev A/S and IPHA members from all over the world came together to share industry knowledge and experiences. The conference included the launch of the new IPHA website, presentation of the Terry Treanor award for the best or most innovative techniques in the production or application of hollowcore, the annual IPHA dinner and an impressive tour of Contiga’s precast factory. Spiroll congratulates IPHA on being at the forefront of the hollowcore industry for 50 years.
