Spiroll take Steppes into Kazakhstan

Earlier this year, another first was achieved for Spiroll with the supply of hollowcore production machinery to Kazakhstan. SKC Beton is the largest supplier of cement and building materials in the region, and is also supplying ready-mix concrete for construction facilities in the Akmola province, and beyond northern Kazakhstan. The company owns local stores retailing building materials, and a wholesale depot for cement storage and packing, complete with railway sidings. SKC also has a site currently being used to produce concrete blocks and other precast products for civil engineering. Spiroll first met with SKC at the CTT International Show in Moscow during the summer of 2012. Within six months of the initial contact, at the International Concrete Conference (ICCX) in St. Petersburg, the two companies signed a contract for Spiroll to supply a complete package of equipment for the production of prestressed hollow core slabs.
