Customer Satisfaction 2018

Year on year, we pride ourselves on high quality finishes and great customer service; but this year we can celebrate more than most. We asked each of our customers how satisfied they were with different aspects we strive to excel in: Communication Technical support Quality Value Customer care. A lot of people consider the number 13 to be an unlucky, but we certainly don’t! Control data collected for the 2014 period has been used to show the improvement we have made since new ownership. Year on year, each of the five aspects have improved drastically. You have told us that our overall service level has improved by 13% in the 2018 survey.
