Dytran Instruments has introduced the 7503A series, a family of high precision triaxial MEMS DC accelerometers designed for use in both commercial and military applications. The 7503A series accelerometers combine a micro-machined MEMS capacitive sensing element housed in a hermetically sealed titanium case to deliver reliable performance in harsh conditions
