Initial contact was via email, with a drawing attached outlining their requirements. A site visit was subsequently arranged to their headquarters in London, with a question and answer session to establish the technical details of their needs and to plan an effective method of supply. We now run a ‘stockbox’ for Bouncepad, where we manufacture their Acetal parts and keep them in stock for supply whenever they’re required. In return, an order has been established with a commitment to reorder in the future – a great working business relationship.
