Company directors Tony Morris and Matt Pearce
T.M. Services & Spares Ltd. was founded in 1983 by Tony Morris, formerly an engineer and Service Manager with Wadkin in Leicester. From the start the company focussed on offering an exceptional level of service to customers. More than 30 years later this focus on service remains at the heart of the company.

Specialising in the repair and maintenance of all types of woodworking machinery across the UK and sourcing spare parts for those machines, the business has grown to become one of the UK’s most respected woodworking machinery specialists.

Sister company T.M. Machinery Sales Ltd. supply new and refurbished woodworking equipment and are UK agents for leading manufacturers such as Striebig vertical panel saws, Viet wide belt sanders and AL-KO dust extraction equipment.

Matt Pearce joined the group in 1997 and has grown the new and refurbished machinery sales side of the business over the past 18 years.

Today the company employs 18 people including 13 engineers, ten of whom are on the road full time. The company is also investing for the future through modern apprenticeships and currently employs 3 young apprentices.
