Here at Vacuum Formers Ltd, we are a British company with our factory located in the heart of Macclesfield, Cheshire. Vacuum Formers are experts in creating moulded plastic components using thermoforming (vacuum forming) techniques. Vacuum Formers are perfectly located to serve our customers throughout Cheshire as well as the UK.

Vacuum Formers are a family run business and our success is mainly due to our very flexible and creative approach to both plastic moulding and plastic fabrication. We are experts in the manufacture of replacement light bowls suitable for roadside and amenity lighting and a large range of general purpose industrial plastic mouldings, from motorcycle spares right through to funnels for pharmaceutical machines.

We utilise many different types of plastic moulding materials including acrylics and polycarbonates for the vacuum forming process. More information on these can be found on the moulding materials page of our website.

A complete in-house development service is undertaken on the premises by our team of experienced plastic design engineers. Ranging from initial drawings to production quantities, we are able to provide realistic lead times for prototype production.
