We have been training staff through the Business Improvement Techniques programme run by PfL Ltd and the North West Aerospace Alliance and funded by the Learning Skills Council. 11 members of staff have achieved NVQ level 2 in Business Improvement Techniques delivered by STEGTA (Salford and Trafford Engineering Group Training Association Ltd) By training staff in Business Improvement Techniques we are helping to minimise waste, increase company profitability and drive employee development.
