The casting need to be marked out for best fit and proof machined on all faces. Ufone then set the CNC precision milled casting on a Doosan DBC 110 CNC Horizontal Borer, we machined all over and drilled all holes, the removable caps were then fitted and the line bore machined as a final operation. We completed within a 4 week period and the finished parts were inspected with our Faro arm. Ufone deliver OTIF the CNC precision milled parts to the customer, with zero concessions.
