GOING FOR GROWTH

In line with ambitious plans for the future success of the company, Beldam Crossley has made a number of key appointments to further strengthen its core team. The move, which follows a period of sustained growth, sees six new faces welcomed onboard. The new recruits, selected for their experience, expertise and enthusiasm will carry out various roles across the company and underline Beldam Crossley’s commitment to investing in its people. Darren Turner, Group Sales Director, commented: “Beldam Crossley has gone through significant growth during the last 3 years; the company has changed focus during this period and has worked tirelessly in the support of its loyal customer base. To ensure this growth is sustainable we have re-organised our internal resource and brought in new skill sets to make sure we can deliver future growth plans. “We are delighted to welcome the new the team members onboard and look forward to working with them.” The new appointments are: Nick Dean, a highly skilled chartered account, joins the company as Finance Director. Previously working for a leading accountancy practice, Nick will be responsible for the day-to-day finance activity of the company. He will also assist the Board with the future mergers and acquisitions to help grow the group in line with its strategic plans. Richard Rodgers has been appointed Applications/Product Manager. Richard has significant sealing technology and engineering experience, and will be focussed on strengthening the engineering team within Beldam Crossley and supporting customers’ technical requirements. In addition, he will also be developing new products within the company. Chris Byrne joins the company as a Junior Customer Account Manager. Chris recently graduated from University of Central Lancashire, where he completed a Business Studies degree. Chris is part of the company’s graduate program, which is designed to bring new local talent into the company. Kate Ironmonger is the new Customer Account Manager and she will be focussed on supporting Beldam Crossley’s loyal distributors. Kate’s background is in the service industry and she brings a sound knowledge of customer service and will further strengthen the internal sales team at Beldam Crossley. Chris Longlands has also been appointed as a Customer Account Manager and will be focusing on supporting the company’s OEM customers based in Western Europe. Chris will be working with the engineering teams to communicate and help develop new products within the organisation. Brad Seekings is the second members of our graduate program and will be working within Beldam Crossley whilst he completes his degree in Economics and Finance at Keele University. Brad has ambitions to work within business finance and will be working alongside the Beldam Crossley Finance team.
