WELCOMING A NEW FACE TO OUR CNC DEPARTMENT

We are pleased to welcome Richard Leeder into the Complete Fabrication family, he will be heading up our CNC department, although when we say he is a new face we are not altogether being truthful as he joined us last July! During this time he has been getting used to our processes and methods here as well as delivering a number of successful projects to our clients. Richard's background has seen him machining components for a diverse range of sectors, from The Ministry of Defence to agricultural and medical sectors, giving him just the type versatility that we require from our CNC department. In the relatively short period of time he has been with us, Richard has proved that he is not shy of a challenge, an example of this has been seen in the production of a series of complex seven part aluminium tools. These tools where used by our production team to manufacture highly tolerance rubber components for a medical device. This is a project that follows on from machining working mechanisms in PEEK for a collection of auto injectors. PEEK is one of many materials we are able to machine in, we are happy to machine in plastics, metals and ceramics and with our post machining production department we are able to polish, brush, texture, anodise or plate any of the parts we machine. All CNC machined components can be supplied with Certificates of Conformity and can be manufactured to bespoke Standard Operating Procedures as required. We believe that the level of skill Richard has exhibited paired with the can do attitude of Complete Fabrication, we have never been better placed to take on your CNC requirements.
