Our objective is to improve product knowledge and so increase an individual’s confidence when discussing these products with customers. This in turn will lead to greater accuracy when specifying product and pricing. As a result the sale is more likely to be made and repeat business enjoyed following such good customer service. ***External Sales Training*** These sessions have been designed for the sales person who work is focused outside the branch in a given geographic area or on major accounts. Our objective is to provide insights into the market identifying sectors and industries where Crompton products typically are installed. Some product knowledge would be useful although product overviews will be given. Opportunities will be discussed for the following areas: - Starters - Brakes - Inverters - Bespoke Panels - Building Management Systems Sessions last for 3 hours starting at 10 am or 2pm and include product hands on, role plays as well as full supporting documentation.
