A Cut Above

From output levels to delivery performance, from customer satisfaction to investment levels, Alpha have set new records in 2013. Rob Eley, Commercial Manager for Alpha Manufacturing says, ‘2013 has been a significant year for us in terms of growth. We have continued to invest in new machinery to expand our service portfolio, for example our Yaskawa Robot Welder that was installed in May, & we are continuing to expand our capabilities going forward into 2014…’ Throughout 2013 we have also invested in the workforce through various channels such as our apprenticeship scheme & our continuous improvement programmes aimed at Team Leaders & Managers. Our internal sales team has again expanded, with staff not only focused on the retention & management of current customers but on generating new business enquiries from companies UK wide, with the hopes that we can continue to grow & expand at this current rate. 2014 is set to repeat this trend with several new and exciting machines being added to the portfolio.
