Our new machine will offer customers unbeatable productivity with a hit rate of up to 1,400 hits per minute, thus setting the global benchmark for top performance. The TruPunch also boasts the option for skeleton free processing, which guarantees the efficient use of materials by increasing sheet utilisation. In addition, the active die technology can ensure the production of scratch free work pieces meaning we can deliver parts of the highest quality to our customers. We are also currently making space for the Trumpf TruMatic 6000, a versatile machine with laser technologies and a state of the art punch processing system with a max stroke rate of 1000 per minute! Not only do the punching head & laser guarantee high productivity for our customers but also the various machine options can provide high-energy efficiency. As with the TruPunch 5000, the descending die, brush table & part removal flap with brushes guarantees scratch free punching throughout the entire production process and along with automated tool changing & the TruMatic's simple operating concepts, set up times are greatly reduced meaning a quicker turnaround for our new & existing customers.
