Brooks Forgings Ltd, established in 1960, is leading UK forge producing Forged, Fabricated and Machined components.

Offering forging, machining and fabrication to our customers eliminates the reliance on sub-contractors. This not only ensures full traceability and quality of components but also improves lead times.

By having a rotational method of production components can move onto the next process, machining for example, whilst the batch quantity is still being forged.

Warehousing

At Brooks Forgings Ltd we have dedicated warehousing facilities, currently housing over 2500 pallets of stock.

Manufactured components are held in stock, enabling immediate despatch, for customers requiring orders on a 'call off' basis*.

Each warehouse is equipped with fully calibrated weighing equipment, label printers, stock tracking capabilities and packaging materials.

This is just one of the differences between Brooks Forgings and other manufacturing companies. We can offer a complete and comprehensive package of services to help you, allowing you to concentrate on your core activities.

*Subject to our standard terms, conditions of sale and credit approval. Stocking contracts may be subject to minimum draw down of stock and buy back clauses.

Material Stocks

Material stock is considered a valuable resource at Brooks Forgings. By having dedicated warehousing holding over 250 tonnes of stock, we have the capacity to purchase material in larger more economical volumes, minimising the requirement for multiple deliveries from suppliers.

Our quality control is backed with our Lloyds BS EN ISO 9001 registration giving us the independent checks and systems to monitor and improve our in-house performance, and giving our customers the independent quality assurance that they expect.
